Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the PRIMAGE Project Consortium Meeting, which was scheduled for the 28th & 29th of April, has been cancelled. In order to move the project forward and keep the momentum, the Consortium Meeting has been replaced with 10 virtual workshops on different topics, which will take place over the course of 3 days.

Workshop topics include: (1) Gaining a better understanding of tumour growth; (2) Accessing the shared cloud directory; (3) PRIMAGE in BBMRI & Contribution to standards for metadata in imaging databanks; (4) PRIMAGE Platform live demo: integration of imaging data, clinical data and analysis modules; (5) PRIMAGE 1st REPORTING PERIOD – How to prepare your technical and financial report for the EC; (6) Clinical data & interactive visual systems for data exploration; (7) Data Management Plan (DMP); (8) Creating an application and running it on the cloud processing infrastructure; (9) Image processing and extraction of features; (10) Modeling of the tumour growth at the different scales.
